Quality Control and Continuous Integration

Utilizing Test Driven Development and (for some projects) automated functional testing (using Selenium) stability is ensured, and at any time a detailed view of the state of the application is available. Every commit to the source code version control system triggers an integration process into an online copy of the application, allowing a real time view of the application's functionality. Feedback, defects, feature requests and requirements are logged in a ticketing system instance setup specificly for the development of your application.

Flexible Team Size

I can complete most projects within a reasonable time without the need for additional developers. But larger projects with tighter deadlines do require a team of several developers, in these cases I have trusted partners with years of experience. In a few cases I will recruit developers with specific competencies specificaly for your project. It's also possible for me to lead your existing team of developers that is lacking a senior developer or developers with the needed competencies.

And it's affordable

I value transparent costs. Smaller and medium sized projects are usually developed for a fixed price. For large projects (with a development time of 3 months or more) I provide an estimation up front, and quotes for different phases of the development. In either case I'm sure you'll find my quotes very reasonable.
